Took pork here for processing for the first time, won't take anything back. There are no names on any of the packaged cuts nor did I get a cut sheet. Not sure that I got all of my pig or if the pork I got is even from my pig.

Really wish the jerky was like it was 10+ years ago. Thick and chunky full of flavor with chili flakes on it. It was a disappointment for the whole family, flavor was decent but wasn't what we've longed for after many years of not having it.
