I formally express my dissatisfaction with the legal representation provided by Attorney Wolf during my custody case. Over the past eight months, I have encountered persistent issues with communication, professionalism, and the overall handling of my case.

Attorney Wolf does not appear knowledgeable about my legal matter and has consistently been unfriendly and difficult to communicate with. Throughout this process, I have felt dismissed, rushed, and treated as an unimportant client. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that she does not offer power of attorney services or make efforts to meet with clients in person. This lack of accessibility and support is highly unprofessional and unlike any attorney I have worked with or heard of.

Similarly, Attorney wolf has not demonstrated the advocacy or commitment I expected. Communication completely halts unless payments are made, which has made it nearly impossible to move forward with my case. Even when payments are made, the focus appears to be on financial matters rather than on providing competent legal representation or addressing my concerns.

I initially believed that hiring an attorney would mean having someone who prioritizes my best interests and provides effective and compassionate representation. Regrettably, my experience with this firm has been the opposite. It is deeply disheartening and disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism, care, and efficiency.

Additionally, I am upset with the results that Attorney wolf has delivered thus far in my case. I have also been alarmed by repeated charges and the apparent waste of time and money on unnecessary tasks, such as searching for documents and items irrelevant to my proceedings. This inefficiency has further prolonged the case and increased my financial burden.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Ms. Wolf, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding her unethical behavior and the way she treated a young Hispanic woman in need of legal assistance. Ms. Wolf was hired for a custody case, for which she was initially paid $7,000. However, despite receiving this substantial sum, the case has been significantly delayed, and the situation has not progressed in any meaningful way.
What is particularly troubling is Ms. Wolf's behavior when the young lady, unable to afford the requested additional $10,000, expressed her inability to pay for the continuation of the case. Instead of showing empathy or offering a solution, Ms. Wolf continued to demand an exorbitant fee. The case at hand is a custody dispute—not a criminal matter, yet she acted as though it were, disregarding the young lady's financial reality and the fact that the case was being unnecessarily prolonged.
When the young lady's parents offered to assist financially, Ms. Wolf refused to communicate with them. She displayed excessive pride, refusing to speak to the parents who had been paying her, even though the young woman clearly stated that she was authorized to communicate with them. Instead of offering guidance or even referring the family to legal aid for a more affordable option, Ms. Wolf chose to continue pressuring for more money. This behavior is not only unethical, but it also seems racist in its treatment of a young Hispanic woman who was clearly in a vulnerable position.
The lack of compassion and professional integrity exhibited by Ms. Wolf is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against engaging her services. It is disappointing to see a legal professional act in such a callous and exploitative manner, particularly when someone is already facing a difficult and emotional situation.

The worst experience with this law firm. I was going through so much with my daughter’s father and custody case and while I was getting threatened and treated badly, there was no communication at all with Attorney Wolf. Every phone call was with a different attorney I didn’t hire. I requested for certain things to be added to the agreement and it was never done and I ended up losing a lot of money for an attorney that didn’t do anything. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
