I recently had to do my first ever eviction with a commercial tenant and Francis Kailey helped me through the whole process which anyone knows can be very daunting. Francis is thorough and on top of all the latest laws for tenants and landlords. I was so impressed with his attention to detail that I have him look over all my leases on a yearly basis. It is such a relief as a landlord to have a professional like Francis in my corner. He really cares about his clients and works hard for the best outcome possible. In regards to Francis Kailey
I have the highest respect for Mr. Kailey and his ability to resolve problems applying laws to the facts. A dangerous tenant can be very threatening. Mr. Kailey resolved the many problems before and after they occurred in a manner that was easily understood by a layperson, but not at all condescending as he explained all to me. I have such confidence in his legal expertise and chair-side manner. Mr. Kailey understood my problem and was empathetic. I highly recommend him.

All the reviews on here about Francis are true. He helped me evict some tenants the legal way. The process only took about a month, and he kept us from making the wrong steps that could have resulted in a lawsuit to me. He answered our questions with in minutes at all times, and was always available when we needed him the most. He also helped me w a bad contractor, can't thank him enough!
