Charged me 15 bucks to toss one bag of card board. I work out and weigh myself regularly, played stupid and walked on the scale to the window and noticed they added 10 pounds before I pulled my car back on after dumping a bag.

Your not a local unless you pay a water bill,

Old guy at the counter has that "take advantage of city slickers/ tourist" type.
Brought up I live here, and I know my weight and the scales wrong.

"You don't have to come here" was his customer service skills.

Literally go out of my way to flagstaff because of this reason.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go here for a large load. Were told it was $.04 per pound… not $.13 per pound. Took our trailer to dump (which by the way consists of you pulling in and unloading everything into separate dumpsters yourself) instead of driving all the way to east flagstaff and here we are $360 later. You don’t know any of that until after you’ve already dumped though. Nice guys working there… but work on your prices or be very transparent about a minimum projected amount or no one will want to do business here anymore. That was pretty messed up. We will never go here again.

A lot better than waste mgt....they want $265-$285....every three months...and on snow days they won't pickup (understandable), but won't compensate for several missed days...so i dropped them and love transfer station about $8_$10 per month

Took my 2 little bags of garbage. They said it was 20 lbs. It was more like 10 lbs. 20 lbs isn't light and I could throw it in the dumpster.

Extremely expensive! If you have a trailer worth of trash rather go to Flagstaff cinder lake landfill as it will save you over $30! If you regularly drop off a trailer size a week then it’ll be cheaper to do waste management. This place is for small loads and even that’s expensive!

13 cents a lb. This is insane. Trailer of old yard stuff, 600 pounds 78 dollars. Thought about taking my stuff back out of the container.

Staff is friendly, reasonably priced...But twice I have been there during business hours and they were closed. If you claim to be open till 3:30, then stay open till 3:30! Now I have to unload and relaod this on Tuesday
