Communication with company was excellent, with updates on arrival of driver. Pick up and journey was a pleasant experience, despite the blizzard that decided to arrive on our journey to Williams!! Would certainly recommend using this company, driver certainly provided some valuable tips on living at altitude !

Negative 5stars! Avoid at all cost! My husband booked the shuttle for five people. we loaded all five and started to get on the freeway when the driver suddenly pulled off on the on-ramp, turned off the vehicle and open the door and told us we had to pay an extra $10 NOW because we only booked for 3people. All the while complaining to us that everything had to be done via text message so because my husband had tried calling the number to ask questions. We were pretty stunned. My husband asked if they could just charge the card on file that he already paid for and instead of telling us we needed to have cash only he sat there with all of our 3yr old and 5yr old children and the heat with the car off and the doors open on the side of the freeway on ramp. Swearing all the while his wife is chewing hos butt on his phone. So when my husband said i only have a $20 can you give me change he said NO. So my mom fortunately had exact change and we paid. He was extremely rude. We have never been treated so badly! DO NOT use this taxi service.

Fantastic way to get to Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon and flagstaff… able to see the terrain and was faster, cheaper, and far,far less hassle than dealing with airports. Glenn our driver was charming and informative… took directly to our hotel
