Overcharging for water and making money off of homeowners using their “average water usuals” formula! Real water companies charge you based on ACTUAL usual not some average. If there is a change in water usinage you’re still stuck paying their “average” even if that means your paying MORE money then you actually USED in water. I have a large bill for using very little water these past few months because they are still billing me on an AVERAGE from last year!

Edit just an update because it has been a few years since my original review. This office is still amazing. Linda and Cristina are both outstanding representatives, and the service we have received remains exceptional.

The service we have received from this office has been great for the past 10+ years. Christina at the office is honestly amazing. She has always been helpful and extremely pleasant. They have also been incredibly understanding with bill payment issues and extensions and for that we are grateful.

Absolute joke of a water company, the only one I have ever heard of that will not allow auto pay for renters (you have to manually pay each month). Their excuse is that the refuse to allow anyone but the owner to create an account, even if you're added to the account they don't allow autopay. Every other utility company I've ever been with in 4 different states allows this, maybe try to figure it out.
