FANTASTIC experience!! I didn’t catch the man’s name, but from my receipt I believe it’s his name is Lee.. (I hope that’s right) the man behind the counter was GREAT!! Such a nice person and very helpful. Overall 5+ stars. As a small business owner, I often need to ship items to clients-so knowing this place is close by, and comes with a painless experience, I’ll definitely be back soon.

This is the best shipping/packing store around the tri-county area (Montgomery Wetumpka Prattville) and I've been to lots of them. The owner is helpful, kind and honest. I drive all the way from Montgomery to use this store. I had a package that was damaged in Little Rock so UPS sent it back to the sender store. The owner refunded my money and it wasn't even his fault! I won't go anywhere else to send packages. If you want a local business that's honest and efficient, always use Wetumpka Express.

Lee is amazing!! He’s been very helpful in everything I have ever had done here. Plus, I prefer to spend money in Wetumpka instead of having to drive to, and support P’ville or MGM. This is the place to go for all of your printing, and mailing needs!!

Went here to get a phone sent back to mother in law from casino. The security supervisor at the casino told me to go there. The guy there gave me a hard time and was so rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering him. The store was very unorganized and needs to be cleaned badly. I ended up just going to the post office. Smh
