I can’t seem to find the Tolleson location to leave a review, however thats ok. Its all ran by the same people so this review is for both offices.
Western Judicial assisted me in a matter that happened a long time ago. The the entire staff is extremely diligent when it comes to delivering results.
The curriculum is excellent and extremely beneficial. I had Kris as my instructor. Fantastic teacher who cares about the lives and wellbeing of others. If you go in this with an open mind and you’re willing to listen, you’ll leave a better person. These people aren't here to punish you. They’re here to insure we all become the better versions of ourselves.

I am very happy with the service and kindness this office has provided to me repetitively! Not the easiest time for me or the proudest but they helped me and understand that everyone makes mistakes! Beatrices’ kindness and professionalism is over and beyond! I can always call with questions and guidance! They help willingly and don’t make me feel like I am bothering them! Times are hard right now with pandemic and things of the world so dealing with a company and folks like this is so good to know it’s still out there! I appreciate it more then you know!?

Called them to let them know that I was having GI problems, couldn't get in to see my PCP until thurs.the next, day after my counseling session, which is on Wed.They told me that they couldn't excuse me because my Dr.'s Note had to be on Wed.I don't have the fees for other medical attention!! They didn't care!! It would be considered an absence on my Court ordered counseling sessions!!! Wow How thoughtful of them!!

Made an appointment to speak with a councilor on what I need to do to get certificate of completion for the state of Oregon. Went to my appointment Paid 75.00 was given no receipt to be thrown into a classroom full of 10+ others filling out paperwork for a self assessment. Filled out the paperwork they requested.Explained to the gentleman running the room( would not call it a class) that I was here to go over my Oregon Court docs and to go forward from there. He sent me to another lady. I tried to explain to her what was going on. She was rude and interrupting.. She told me to call Oregon and find out what was need but she was going to keep my paperwork and run it through their systems and send me a letter of what classes ect that they request to complete their program.. I advised that I had already been through a program in Oregon. She stated again that I should call Oregon and in the meantime she would send off my paperwork. I said she wasn't helping me at all and since I have already been through all this process and it is not necessary I would like my 75.00 back and the paperwork I had filled out and it can be as if was never here since they are unable to help me. She said "ohh I can't give you back your money. We have already started the process." I asked "In the process of what? You have my paperwork right there. You have not put anytime or effort into it." She said "well it's too late" I asked to speak with her supervisor
She said she was the supervisor. I said "Ohh No there is someone that is above you. I want their phone number and name. I will take it up with them." She walked away in to her office and closed the door. Got on the phone I could hear her through the door disrespect me calling me a "Doozy of a client".. The supervisor told her if I didn't want to go through them then to give me back my money. She did. I asked for my paperwork, she said she had to call on that. Once again she called. Her supervisor told her to shred it in front of me so I could see it be done. She tried to shred some of my Oregon Court docs with it. I noticed and made her return them to me. Once all was shredded and I had my money returned I got out there..SHADY SHADY BUSINESS GOING ON. DO NOT GO TO THEM.
