I've paid on time for years. I accidentally put in the wrong checking account number online, but they still issued the stickers. They then revoked the stickers and sent me a certified letter saying they had informed police and sheriffs.
They could have just sent me another bill or not issued the stickers!

I was very impressed with the wait time and the staff. Got there 20 minutes before they opened (8am) and of course there was a big line. But once they opened up, the line got in real quick. After I sat down, there were at least 15 people ahead of me but, I was out of there in 10 minutes. Maybe the key thing is to get there early. 🤔. Love the new office.

Got new plates on a new vehicle today. Doing title work on a new vehicle typically takes an amount of time greater than a renewal. However, I was in and out in less than an hour (no, I did not have an appointment). Teresa was the employee who handled my transaction. She was cheerful, professional, and efficient. Other than writing a sizeable check, the experience was enjoyable.

45 minute for getting plates and they are proud of that! In addition, both employees at check in did not wear masks! I asked about that and was told that customers are required to wear masks, but employees are not! Hey Governor Polis, how about getting your state employees to follow your recommendations! In summery, brand new building and same poor service. There must be a better way!!

They need new management for sure. They really have horrible customer service. The south renewal location people wait in line before they open and then they do not take you in order. 7th in line and waited over an hour to get served. Not a funding issue just poor management.
