This place is so helpful, my fiancee and I had no clue how to do his custody paperwork and they had it done quickly and efficiently, thank you ladies for being so professional and patient with us, while guiding us and filing our paperwork. 10/10 recommend to anyone lost in the forms and needing help.

They should name this place "We the Women" or "Legal Bitter Mama's Club" Such an ugly vibe from the staff when it comes to helping men. Above & beyond only for women. You can tell that if they know the person who you are dealing with, they don't really want to help. Make sure they don't know the other party cus they will tell them that you were there and they shouldn't. No confidentiality at all. Terrible. Professionalism is not a priority here.

I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. They are an unprofessional establishment. You definitely have to stay on them to for them to do any work on your filing. On top of paying for their service, I also felt like I had to babysit them and make sure they were doing what they were paid to do.

If youre a woman, come here. If you're a dad who wants visitation and rights to your kids, don't. The difference in how they treated me for my divorce versus how they treated the man I'm with now is baffling. There are more people who can prepare such forms and not put their biased opinions in what is being put down for your judgement

This business is next door to ability answering service [ where my wife work ] & people alway come in askin is this we the people & have to be redirected. I'm sure the business is great by the volume of people that be looking for there help. I believe however they just need a better sign of [ We Here ] so people don't miss the door.

The worst experience ever. They do not care about you at all. Had to call 3 times to remind them of what they to do. 3rd time they hung up on me after giving me an attitude and never came back to the phone. They made so many mistakes that cause me to have more issues. Do not use this business ever.

The paralegal, Carol, is grouchy and slow. It took 6 weeks to update a living trust after I called about it and there were typos to the 1 page document. I would not recommend this place as long as there is only the one paralegal, Carol, working 4 days a week for 3 hours. This is no way to run a business.

Very rude. I’m deciding not to go to them at all now after getting rude responses and in CAPS too which is basically yelling response from Valerie. How do they deal with legal matters if no ethics on responses. They were referred to me by our school psychologist and I’ll make sure she knows about my correspondence so she won’t refer another parent there too.
