I used Wax and Wax for a workers comp claim. They did an incredible job of handling my case. Mr. Castillo and his staff kept me informed every step of the way through my case. If I had questions or did not understand anything they were always willing to explain. When emailing or calling in they were very efficient in returning calls or emails. Mireya, the paralegal was amazing, if she did not have the answer she would find out the information and get back to me quickly. Atty Wax is a very passionate when it comes to his job. He explained all the details of your claim and give you a chance to make your decision. He's a very hard working Atty and will fight for your rights and what you deserved as a client. The people that works in his office needs more improvement on returning calls or being available when you have questions regarding your case. I am older and have dealt with a few attorneys before. I had to get a workman comp attorney, thank the heavens I found Alan Wax. Alan is the best attorney that I ever had. If I have a dumb questions, Alan's there to put me at ease. Alan response time back to me is first rate five stars. Alan is patient with my questions, making sure I understand. I originally called had medical issues left a message, Alan called me back at least 3 times. I really did not want to talk to or go to a attorney. I cant say enough good things about Alan.
