The other person in my accident went left of center causing me to lose control and have a terrible wreck in which I broke my back. She was cited. I was not. When the adjuster called me to inform me of the payoff on my car it was only 80%. So I asked why. He told me that they FELT I overreacted thus making it 20% my fault. I asked Mr Warren about it and he told me to take the settlement and that we would fight the issue later in proceedings. Well upon my asking about it on many occasions I was always told that he would get to that. In the end it was left that way and I got screwed. Not only that but afterwords I was sued by my passenger stating that the insurance company said it was 20% my fault. Because that stuck I was opened up to a lawsuit. I had already spent a year and a half with him and getting another attorney had never crossed my mind. As a matter of fact I didn't even know I could do that. I was new at this game.

DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT TO WIN YOUR CASE!!!

I hired this firm when I received severe injuries from a work related attack. Aaron McHenery was the attorney on my case. Mr McHenery did absolutely nothing for me. As you know with workers comp there are hearings on getting approved for the medical care you need. It's now 2 yrs after I was attacked at work and I have received no medical care, on at least 2 occasions my legal representatives did not show up or call in for the hearings. I now find out that since Mr McHenery did not follow up and file appeals for this care, I may never be able to get the care and compensation I should have gotten.

Your reply is false. You supposedly told your brother to attend these hearings and he did not. I have the papers from IOC rescheduling the hearings. I did speak to you each time it was denied, to appeal. You told me we'd go to public court. I terminated your services and hired another attorney on my own, not by your recommendation. As an attorney you knew if appeals wasn't filed by determined about of time, it was the same as me saying I accept the decision.
