Let me start of by saying I 100% understood why they wouldn't take my case, that was NOT the issue. The issue is the attorney that called and he was the most unprofessional "attorney" I had ever spoke to, I don't even remember his name. He asked what my case was about I wasn't even in 30 seconds and he cuts me off and says "just tell me what happened" I'm proceeding to tell him what happened because it wasn't just a 1 sentence story and he cut me off again maybe a minute into it and says "so what happened to you" I tell him that's what I was trying to get to, he finally let's me talk uninterrupted for less than 10 min and the WHOLE time he keeps sighing and huffing and puffing on the phone like I was ruining his day. The ONLY reason I called their office was because my local preferred office said they couldn't take my case but these people would and again I understand why he said no BUT the issue the the attitude, tone, constant blowing on the phone, interrupting the conversation not even a minute or 2 into it. It's ridiculous, I would NEVER recommend anyone calling this office, they straight up want to know if you're dead or disabled, THAT IS WHAT he wanted to hear, he told me at the end, if it's not that, they're not interested, you won't make them enough money. Save your time and money, find a firm that actually cares to listen to you, even if they tell you they can't take your case.
