I have known Daniel for going on 13 years now. And through those years I have gotten myself in some tight situations.

In 2020 I was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm with the enhancement 186.22. The section of the enhancement I was being charged with held a minimum of 10 years on my sentence and also qualified me for a 15 to life sentence due to being my 3rd strike. When I came to Daniel he explained we had a long road ahead of us but he would fight till the end for me and boy did he fight although we have not fully resolved the case yet Mr. Vaswani has done a remarkable job in December 2022 he was able to show that I didn’t deserve such harsh punishment and was able to get life taken off the table as I had maintained a good job and starting my own company and now there have even been discussions of probation which is definitely a blessing but only because of the constant checking in and foot work Daniel and his team have done I’m forever grateful I have a second chance at life.
