After being told by Geek Squad at Best Buy that the motherboard was shot on my Dell XPS 15, I sent my laptop to Virtual Sands to be looked at in hopes of a more in depth diagnosis. And I got just that. My computer ended up not having a motherboard issue but a sleep mode one and this was explained to me in a professional and timely manner. I recently got my laptop back and it's running beautifully again. If you aren't sure what's wrong with your computer I definitely recommend sending it to Virtual Sands for knowledgeable and efficient service. Will definitely be back if I run into a computer issue again!

Our business in California and after working with different IT companies, Virtual Sands is simply THE BEST! Whatever issue we have, it's taken care off immediately. Virtual Sands understands any disruption is bad, no matter how big or small the problem is. I came to Virtual Sands with an 8 year old Macbook Pro with a Trojan and a crashed iPhone 6. He was able to get the Macbook cleared up and working normally agin within a day. The iPhone took a couple of days, but he was able to save a lot of data that I believed was lost. All the work was done professionally and quickly and Drew is a very kind and helpful individual. I will definitely go back with future computer needs!

Dropped my portable hard drive. It started making a scratching noise when I turned it on and I could not get it working. Brought it to Virtual~Sands and was able to recover 100% of the data on it. Great and fast service!!
