Communication throughout the case was often very poor, with Anna often having a combative tone with questions pertaining to the case.

She was unprepared for both the pretrial and the hearing. Despite me repeatedly asking throughout the case for what materials they needed to prepare for each, I was told all was well until the night before when I then needed to go collect multiple papers from various locations. Prior to the hearing I was told to not bring anything, however my paperwork and evidence was needed to get a favorable result.

Overall she seems unprofessional and unkind towards her clients, in my experience.

USELESS !!! Do not use her!! Especially for family matters. Anna doesn’t care about your case and does not fight for you, she basically asks you to give her thousands to do nothing just to ask for even more to do nothing again!!! She does as little work as possible and is just straight unprofessional!! Our $1,000 attorney from Tennessee was 10000000000x BETTER than this over priced woman. You won’t win a thing if you use her. She also talks to the judges behind your back about you when you’re not present. HORRIBLE!

We needed legal matters addressed quickly and Atty. Aaron McHenry of this law firm delivered! Would definitely recommend. Not sure why receptionist got a critical review, as she was professional, polite and responsive to us. Oh well, I guess you can't please everyone, but we were very pleased!

HORRIBLE ATTORNEY!!! One star is too high. Ms. Villareal was hired to review and red-line a business sale contract.
She was unprepared, provided feedback in a useless format (text, paper) did not use Word to red-line the contract, and was extremely difficult to get any answers from that were useful and applicable to the sale contract.
Don’t waste your time with Ms. Villareal, she is horrible!

Worst lawyer I have ever met! The receptionist was rude every time I called I finally made an appointment for $80 for a divorce they made me wait 20 mins past my appointment time. Then in her office I was made to feel like a worthless house wife with no education and at the end she told me just to stay in my situation Bc I have no exit plan. Thank you for taking my money and giving me so helpful advice. If you’re a man definitely go to her Bc she is on your side. She is a rude lawyer maybe put some compassion in your hearts even if you can’t help instead of acting like your better than your clients!!

I can't even give this business a 1 star. We went to Aaron to get a T.O.D. for my father-in-law. They claim that they handed him the papers to go file it himself, however no papers were given. The secretary Holly is arguing with us saying he left with papers when he didn't at all. They want us to re-pay our $250.00 all over again to re-do these papers that shouldn't have been lost to begin with. I will never go here again.
