Aspire contracted with SOS Support back in October 2022. They have been monitoring our IT needs and backing up our electronic data daily for the past 5 months including our email and external communication systems. Recently Aspire’s email was hacked. I notified SOS of the issue, and they were very quick to act, both remotely and in Aspire’s office. Corbin was able to confirm our email login credentials were hacked and traced the offender to Dubai, UAE. When Aspire began with SOS they had recommended we install Multi Factor Authentication but Aspire declined. After this frightening experience Aspire now has MFA. SOS also followed up this experience with a special training course for our staff including teaching about “phishing” emails, etc. Each of the SOS staff members we interact with are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help! Jason even sends a monthly newsletter to Aspire with helpful information to help keep our IT systems protected and running smoothly.
