UPDATE 12/5/2024: Our best friend Mario just received his green card and is now a permanent resident of the United States!! Denise V. Miller is amazing! She has proven herself, first by getting Mario his work permit, and now his green card. We truly believe that there is no finer immigration attorney in all of Texas. She is the BEST! She keeps her clients informed throughout the entire process, and visiting with her is a true pleasure because you can tell that she cares for her clients. The office staff is extremely friendly and efficient and her office is very well run. Our highest recommendation!!

Vergara Miller law firm is the best law firm I have found. I already got my permit to work and my social security card. We are now waiting for my permanent residence card. The whole staff including Karen Diaz has been so helpful and call me on a monthly basis to keep me informed about my case! I would 100% recommend Vergara Miller Law Firm!!

As someone who appreciates the legal immigration process and knows the level of expertise needed to legally proceed to assist someone who desires a legal status...I can say Vergara Miller Law Firm knows the process and makes it so easy for a client to move forward into the system. Much appreciation to the hard work that each staff member makes to show the client that they are the most important reason to work so hard.

Paid for a consultation and was disappointed that the attorney was not up to date on DACA. Had we gone with her, she would have taken us down the wrong immigration path (consular processing) because she was not knowledgeable on Advanced Parole. On top of that, lawyer fees were 10k cash or 12k with payments. If you have DACA, you will likely be better off elsewhere.
