Vault accounting took over when our previous accountant passed away. Kelly did our corporate taxes the year before last and this past year we had to file an extension due to not having all documents for filing ready (our fault). I have been trying to contact her via text, email, Facebook messenger, and phone calls with no response. I live out of state now so I can’t just stop by the office to see if they are still in operation but judging by the lack of response, I am beginning to think the business closed. Not very professional with the lack of communication re: the status of things with their clients. UPDATE: I received a response from the owner who let me know that she is open during tax season and once tax season is over, they have limited hours.

Kelly has been taking care of me for last 3 years, she handles my buisness taxes and bookkeeping as well as personal taxes, she's very good, I don't know what's happening right now but I am sure she's trying to resolve it. I too am waiting on her and this is truly not her usual level of Service, But I trust that she will get it done..
