I am a veteran and patient in Copperas Cove Texas. I have never been so discussed with the care of my health as I get here.

The doctor I see, PA Walker, is terrible as a medical professional. I wanted to talk to her about a list of things I have concerns about. Today was only my second visit with her. I started to ask her/teller her what was going on. Yes I will admit some of it was already noted in my records. But, as a patient that should not matter. I felt like she just dismissed me me and did not care about me or my health. She told me it was a long list and to pick one thing I felt was the most important.

I know that they see alot of patients. But, we are human, served our country and at the very least deserve to be treated with respect and listened too.

I don't ask for a lot. But, I will not be as nice next time. Nobody deserves to be dismissed and made to feel like they don't matter.

I will be making a report with the VA about this as well. If this is the best the Copperas Cove clinic can do they should just close it down. Valor Healthcare is the worst. The VA needs to find a better contractor.
