Absolutely outstanding people and service from beginning to end. Personal, compassionate, understanding and patient. Headstone took a few months to carve and deliver but periodic updates were received. Very reasonable fees. Very satisfied. Thank you very much for your help long distance.

Unfortunately we did not have the glowing experience others seen to have had here. My aunt and her daughter were rushed through the initial consultation and left to write the obituary on their own, and due to this difficulty the obituary did not make it into the papers before the funeral of my uncle. The outside is unkempt and weedy. The final straw was an unknown delay that prevented the family from witnessing the lowering of the casket, which turned out later to be a miscommunication that could have easily been rectified. They did a nice job on the video of slides and the moving of the casket, but overall we were left very unhappy. Please do better.

Unfortunately we've had to use this place several times over the last several years. We keep using this place though because of the service we get from them and the service they provide. I'd recommend them to anyone.
