Fantastic experience. Zach and crew were amazing in the time they took to ensure we understood the process and all the pieces. Great experience. I'd recommend all folks use Valley Estate and Elder Law sooner vs. later to work their estate plans - wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts, etc. Your heirs will thank you for caring to have all the pieces in place when you tap out.

I am an Elder Law attorney in Florida and had the pleasure of meeting Zach Anderson and his team at a specialized conference on Elder Law. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Anderson and his team. They are extremely knowledgeable (he’s been practicing in this area for years), and their practice is designed to go above and beyond for their clients. Not everyone is a good fit to work in this area of the law, it takes a certain personality to deal with what we encounter. But, each member of this team has the perfect disposition to handle Elder Law cases with compassion, expertise, and doggedness. This is where I would send my loved ones if they were in Alabama. I cannot recommend this firm enough!

I highly recommend this law firm. Zach and his staff are very professional and promt. In addition to being professional Zach is down to earth, relatable, knowledgeable and put me at ease during a difficult and stressful time. If you are unable to attend in person, like me, they have virtual consultations. This option was very convenient since I live out of state. They also sent me video tutorials prior to my consultation so that I was better prepared and knew what questions to ask. I can not say enough great things about this law firm and Zach. Do yourself a favor and call him for your estate needs and elder planning!
