My experience has been that they never return calls and barely answer the phone. I guess if you need any questions answered, you’d have to go in person. My parents waited over 6 months just to find out their sponsor wasn’t accepted. And the only reason they found out was because they had to set up an appt. Why? Because they never answer the phone nor return calls. So, unfortunately the process has taken years and I’m assuming years to come. Thinking about calling the Barr….

Worse customer service ever! They take days to solve a simple problem. The attorney won't ever call you back, the only way they'll do their job is when they see you mad, I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone, my case has been there since 2011 and up to this day I always struggle to keep a good communication.

This is a horrible place. My aunt needed documents to go to an interview in Juarez and we gave them to the receptionist.

She is in Juarez now and the documents are not there. We are very angry and stressed.
