Our Family Company has hired US Compliance Services about a week ago. In just one week I can tell you they are amazing. I have personally been working with Brandon S. He answers all my questions and calls immediately! He has helped with everything every step of the way. I am so thankful for them/him because filing all this paperwork alone would have been beyond stressful! Thank you so much for all your help.

We canceled their services because you can complete the necessary documents on your own for little to nothing. Today, although we canceled services months ago, they charged our credit card $407. Not a great business model to continue to charge people after they have canceled your services!! In fact it's fraudulent and will be reporting.

I have been late in the past on my biannial update because they forget to call and now late on my ucr filing because they forget to call me. I pay them to keep up with my file. No longer. I will take care of it myself if so have to add it to the things I do.

Every year a new person is handling my file. Turnover must be crazy there.

I “Hired” them to take care of all the DOT and CA stuff that was necessary for my company to have a stable situation with Dot and what not with CHP. Well it’s been a nightmare to keep them up to finish getting things fully done well I was pulled over the other day because I just bought a new trailer didn’t have no plates by CHP. Well the officer comes back to the truck and says to me did you know your CA number isn’t current. I said you know that can’t be possible I just got everything straight. Thinking it was straight come to find out it’s not then they impound my truck and trailer over it… well I’m not happy and if they don’t pay for impound fees I’ll definitely be getting a lawyer cause there excuse was we notified you three email, how many people check there email you couldn’t call me and try telling me that you needed my vin and license plate. How hard would that have been. Then there trying to say they did never got received a phone call even the ladies that answer the phone said I didn’t receive any calls. Now we’re looking at $7000 minimum. Which I’ll pay a lawyer that money at this point to sue them. Don’t use this place no understanding of the compliance situation

So much to say about Miss Megan Jones. She literally held my hand and assisted me in the process of getting my DOT, BOC and UCR. She pointed me in the right direction to obtain insurance as well. Shout out to Jeffrey as well. Great team.

When I started this application process, I was contacted by Kathryn from US Compliance and was so glad to work with her. I was also contracted by other third party service providers that were sending me misleading information and invoices that I had not expected. I shared this with Kathryn and she confirmed and advise to ignore them as she could also provide that information and associated invoices with her service.
This was a lengthy and confusing process, and I am so glad that she was there to guide me thru the process, as I look forward to a continued work relationship on my reporting process. Kudos
