Well, I saved over $3000 on my homeowners insurance after retrofitting my roof to wall connection with clips… so you can say I am very pleased! I was very happy with u.s.compliance installing the third nail. They did a great job, they were on time and were very polite. When James arrived to do the inspection he was very thorough and explained how many nails and brackets were put in and they don't charge any extra to do that. You could hear the workers going through the roof and doing what needed to be done. It was an awesome experience and I feel so much better and knowing that I have so many extra nails and clips in my roof that weren't there evidently. Awesome service and awesome dedication to a job done right. They also helped by emailing a copy of the wind mitigation to my insurance agent and one to me. I highly recommend this company. First of all, when I called, they answered the phone, a rarity in this day and age. They came out promptly to give us a quote, provided us with a few quick dates to choose from to do the work, and showed up on time when they were supposed to. They came with enough people to complete the job in one day.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Not only do they do excellent work, but they've been very responsive to our questions and needs. They first did a third nail installation and wind mitigation report for us a few years ago. As we've done other upgrades, James has been a great resource for how to best get things done, and he recently did an updated wind mitigation report for us.
