This US bank branch has friendly service. Both Craig and Dallas have always been helpful. Craig has served as my notary a couple times and has always been knowledgeable about the process. I did however, have one unpleasant experience. A female employee, I think she may have been an assistant manager but not sure, was not happy once when I brought in a bunch of coins to exchange for bills. The lady said that the coins need to be in the paper wrappers but I did not have any. I don't think the branch had a coin counter, not sure why, since it is a bank after all. The lady said she would take my unwrapped coins just this once but not to let it happen again. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she has counted too many coins in her life and never wants to do it again, I don't know and I will let that go for now. So, I think you will like banking here overall. Lots of smiles and good service!

Edit: changing review after interaction with social media team. The agent I spoke with was awesome and very clear in how to resolve my issue with a fraud hold on my new account. Overall good experience and my initial impression was a misunderstanding. Good people, good bank.

I’ve had to go to this branch since Silverbell has closed. Sometimes, I have to wait in line and I have noticed something:
Since she has been moved to this branch and the Silverbell branch was closed, MANY customers wait longer so that Vicki can help them.
It’s not just me!
Vicki’s customer service skills and experience is in high demand by your customers.
In these crazy times, it’s nice to know her service is so consistent!

This is the only US Bank location near me. It’s in a Safeway store and there is always a long line. The staff is alway courteous, but clearly the corporate decision to close branches is putting strain on these employees. Today I waited for 45 minutes and there were only 4 people ahead of me. Unacceptable!

Horrible service. If I could I would give it a zero. Most unhelpful manager at this location ever. I can't get into details or this horrible woman would treat me worse than she already does. The only reason why I go t this branch is because I live in Oro Valley and don't have the time to drive all the way across town to go to the bank. I am in the process of closing my US Bank account and opening another account with another bank because this woman has been so rude and unhelpful.
