After having lithotripsy I was given a catheter and a stint. This was on Friday and was told to come back Monday and he would remove them. Went back and the catheter was the only thing that was removed. I ask about the stint and was told it would be near the end of March before it came out. After having cramps in my kidney all week and all weekend l called to ask about having it removed and was told no but they would give me medication. I’ve had stints before and never had this kind if problem. This is how people end up hooked on pain medication. The nurses and receptionist all deserve a 5 star but form my experience the Dr gets a negative 5.

They lied again. I can understand why they have such a terrible review across the board here. I was told to come back again today and they would remove the stint. LIE. Only wanted to take more x-rays and lab work. I would not recommend them for any medical treatment.

Went to take my elderly mother to the convenient care, and no signs saying closed. Went to the office on the other side to ask about. And the receptionist had a nasty attitude and gave me directions to the new convenient care which was a VA clinic by the airport. She says that there's no sign so it should have been obvious it's closed...she says that ALL the signs have been removed. This was taken TODAY hmmm.

They have given me exceptional care. I've had 2 failed bladder lifts long ago elsewhere that failed and needed it again due to constant infections and incontinence. New tests done in the office showed problems and new procedures recommended. Out patient, painless procedure, Dr. Powell excellent Dr. PA gave me enough medicine to take when infections start. At 75, this has been big help. All the nurses and these 2 , I highly recommend.

If I could post negative stars I would! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They will lie to you & do unnecessary medical procedures and will completely disregard the patient. They did a procedure that I did NOT agree to do and couldn’t even be bothered to tell me it was done. Left me in agonizing pain and refuse to return a phone call. Go elsewhere!! I’d been better off keeping the unpassable kidney stone.

I went in for a follow up about a kidney ultrasound and Dr. Pritchard never even looked at the ultrasound. Just said you're fine. They schedule unnecessary tests and won't tell you any results over the phone. Even if they come back normal. My husband also called for a refill and the person speaking with him yelled at him for not scheduling a follow up visit when the doctor told him he didn't need a follow up visit. I feel like these people are scammers and are just trying to get your money. Any question is followed by, you need a visit.

Dr. Basham is a good doctor he listens to his patients. He help my mom find out what was wrong with her kidney and fix the problem. She doing good. The nurses and Receptionist they are very pleasant to the people ?.
