ZERO STARS This service is a NIGHTMARE. From their outdated maps not finding our homes time after time, to the app that takes all of our personal information, ask for our date of birth, our home address and our first born child, doesn't work to change delivery options.

800 number is a NIGHTMARE

These people are never around. When I have gone to their office there is a note on the door saying they're not there during the few moments they are open

We can't call them - we go around in circles on the 800 number - this service is nothing but a freak show nightmare. I have no idea how this business still exists other than fraud and corruption.

I have gotten packages in the middle of nowhere on other continents, but these Alaska idiots cannot find their way out of a paper bag.

They insist they need to follow senders label instructions that are constantly dumping my packages off at anybody's house. You have to give the money to get it through your brains that they exist - so somebody pays them the service of delivering a package, then we need to fork out another 20 bucks like giving dogs a bone?

Speaking of dogs - if you even have any barking dogs on your road or anywhere near your home? They won't deliver because they're afraid the neighbors ankle biter 3 doors down, is going to attack them!?

They are responsible for bringing medications, necessities to survive in Alaska.

Furthermore, every time I receive a package it's obviously opened! Dozens of packages ripped open in some corner, damage to some of my belongings.

Currently speaking with Amazon right now convincing them not to use UPS in Alaska.

My package has been at the local UPS location for 5 days total. Every day it says it’s out for delivery it is delayed for “emergency situations”. the delivery has been cancelled for 4 days total. We’ve had beautiful weather all week. My package is time sensitive and needs to be signed for. I have taken days off work to be home for this package as I’m waiting on the delivery of my wedding dress. I’ve called the call center who assure me it’ll be delivered only to again have my delivery cancelled. I can’t pick it up at the store because there has been no attempted delivery. I have no way of getting my wedding dress. Not sure what else can be done. I can’t file a claim because they haven’t attempted a delivery. I’m just stuck. Leaving a review hoping someone will get back to me.

If I could give zero stars I would. The tracking never said it was at this location and then it updated saying it had been there for a week…drove there and closed. What business only is open two hours a day Monday-Friday. This is the definition of a lazy business with lazy employees. 830am - 1030 am. What kind of hours are those Horrible.

Horrific service. No local phone number to call. Package was not delivered to my back door as they claim. Someone called around 7 am. But no return number to straighten this out. No customer service at ALL!! Said they made a claim, which I found out after 5 hours and 2 days later, they hadn’t ! Help bring services to our town here in Kenai. Some stores only ship UPS to Alaska, we are screwed big time.

You can’t talk to anyone at this location. Just people in India. I paid 280 dollars for a package and they stood me up. I called what I would guess to be India to confirm its delivery and was assured it would be delivered between 1-5 pm. Kyrie qcc8jx refused to tell me his last name or location. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Long hold times. I hate to say it but the post office is more reliable and that’s saying something!

Update: Your bots on Twitter dm are just as unhelpful as this bot that responded to my review.

update number two: 4/9/22 they held my package for 3 days declaring a "weather emergency" turns out there were puddles on the ground and they would not deliver. Called the Philippines this time, local center called me the next day and refused to give me her name and hung up on me when I asked how I could make a complaint.

1 Star because you can't give zero. Boxes never show up like they say. My box was supposed to be delivered to the post office address in Kenai, tracking said it was delivered, but it was held at the Kenai UPS main office. Made it very difficult to figure out where they delivered to. Only took for different trips to find the package. Very poorly run, impossible to make the early morning staffed hours because even if you do arrive sometimes they are closed or closed early. Customer service is of no help. You'd think after 34 negative reviews they would try to make at least minimal effort to improve.

Ups showed the worst customer service and support I’ve ever received. My package was scheduled for Thursday, waited all day they delivered (attempt) at 5:45 when I could wait no more then the next day was supposed to deliver and they plain lied that I wasn’t there as I was working in my yard all day. They had it sent back to the delivery hub and said I requested it. Now I can’t even go get it myself until Monday. Customer service just wanted to gaslight me like they did nothing wrong. I will try my damnedst not to use UPS again.
