I’ve never had to acquire the services of a law firm before, so my husband and I went into this situation completely ignorant of the process.

We were severely damaged from a company’s negligence after a hurricane hit the area we live in. Tylka Law Firm handled us with kindness and care; they took our case seriously and worked diligently no matter what was thrown at them (appeal after appeal, covid, etc); and they were always available to answer questions as well as keep us updated on the progress of our case.

I don’t think our situation is the norm for most interactions people have with a law firm, but I can tell you that Mr. Tylka and his team set the standard for what the norm should be. I was discussing an accident I had with Larry Tylka from Tylka Law Center. Although the accident occurred in Wisconsin, and me being from Missouri, Larry and his team were able to help me.
Larry evaluated my situation and determined I had a case and should be compensated. Larry, Tyler Tylka and I had phone conferences in which they gathered information regarding the accident. Their experience was evident as they collected incident reports, ambulance reports, hospital billing, work absentee information…they were very thorough.
The case was to be heard in Illinois, a state in which the Tylka Law Center does not practice. Larry researched and found a team of wonderful lawyers to represent me. They worked with the insurance company and concluded with a favorable settlement.
