After dealing with a previous accident with the post office,to no fault of my own, I was in another accident also not my fault. I contacted Tyler Mann after being hit from behind by a cement truck. It took almost 2 years to settle and there wasn’t really any effort put into my case. I was never contacted or kept in the loop about my case. I always had to contact them to find out what was going on and it took weeks for my call to be returned. I wasn’t in the negotiating process until finally I just got tired and settled for little bit of nothing after all the fees. Jennifer was my attorney that handled my case with little help in my opinion. Worse communication ever with this attorney office.
