The first time I saw Joseph Tully in a court room, the room was filled with lawyers and prosecutors, all wanting to see the great Joseph Tully. He is an amazing attorney, with an incredible team behind him. And, in his own words, "Losing is not an option". He doesn't back down to pressure from the opposing side, and he truly believes in his heart, in what he is dong. He is passionate about saving his client's freedom. And, although, I have not, personally, needed his services, I have seen him in the court room enough to know that if I ever found myself in trouble, I would want him by my side.

2 years ago I thought my life was over when I got a dui until I stumbled upon Tully & Weiss. From the moment I sent my email inquiry to the day I was sentenced Nathan at Tully & Weiss was indescribably good at what he does! When I first met Nathan and Joseph Tully they were the most compassionate and supportive people I could’ve needed in that moment. Nathan has always told me “you are not the mistake you made” & Every step of the way Nathan has let me know he is always there for me. I believe that whole heartedly. I was facing 12 years and was terrified for my children but after 2 years of fighting for my life Nathan kicked my cases a** and got me 118days on an ankle monitor. That was and is still a complete shock to me and I have never been so thankful for one person in my whole life. I can finally move on with my life and get back to some normalcy all thanks to Nathan. I wouldn’t recommend a better person than him! You will not ever be disappointed in him.

I have done court support in Shasta and Trinity counties for people being charged with growing plants for 5 years now. I have witnessed the Tully & Weiss team do battle with these courts and reek havoc on the prosecution every time it is though they come here to teach the prosecutor's there jobs.
I have seen juries come back in as little as 15 min. not guilty on all charges. This only happens when the jury is convinced that the defense has done it's job to present it's case without question. I've seen a judge recuse himself 30 min. before the prosecution was ready to rest his case. I have seen a ADA say to the jury that the defendant has not proven himself innocent. This is what happens when they haven't done there jobs. I've seen Joseph take his time after an appearance to ask the client and friends if they understand what just happened, and takes the time to make sure you know.
No one else up here has this power over the courts. I have never seen the Tully & Weiss team loose.

Best criminal lawyer in the business. Ton ten in the US. I was charged with 17 felonies cannabis and weapons related. The trial ended in all charges being dropped or acquitted by a jury. All this after having multiple public defenders quitting or being fired. Every one of them assuring me I was going to prison.
