I have never had more trouble working with a notary.

I had an appointment scheduled using their online calendar (which was easy, to be fair) scheduled for 4pm-4:15pm to get something notarized. I hit traffic leaving work and arrived at 4:03pm to locked doors. I was within my appointment time so I had expected to apologize for my tardiness and finish the service well before 4:15pm. However, since the door was locked and lights off, I went ahead and called both numbers listed online (not sure which was right either), knocked on the doors, and left my name and number to reschedule. One week later and I have not heard anything. I would leave a 0 star review if possible. I would not recommend this notary to anyone.

Saira was a very pleasant woman ! Not only did she have a lobby full of people , but she also had one lady that was being extremely rude and impatient . Saira was doing her best to get everyone in and out as quickly as she could , as she was the only one here but she also took time to ask about my pregnancy and connect with me on a human level during my appointment . I would definitely recommend everyone comes to see Mrs. Saira !!

Absolutely lovely experience! Arrived late d/T no Ubers in the area. Saira was so open and flexible. Came in for finger prints. We got talking and she is also able to notarized documents. So got 2 birds with 1 stone.
She is the best! Also learned she has a YouTube channel!

A very sympathetic patience woman of God
I was very desperate to get my fingerprints so as not to loose my contract. She was closing at 5 pm and my debit card was declined at 5pm with sufficient money in the card. I was in tears. I had driven for two hours from Atlanta to Tennessee ..She assisted me to call-the bank and Spoke to the banker. When she realized that the banker was not helpful she said she will do anything to wait for me till I returned from Walmart with a money order. She patiently waited for two hours till I returned from Walmart,
