Philip has not been competent or honest when updating trust documents that were unusable. He charges high fees and then gives a fake discount. Do yourself a favor and hire an ACTUAL attorney to complete your trust documents. His website also states that he is a licensed LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANT. He is not licensed or bonded as required according to San Mateo County. Complaints are being filed for unethical and illegal conduct as he is practicing law without a license.
