Last Summer an individual started a fight with me and later when it didn't work out for them they contacted law enforcement and had a warrant issued for my arrest. I was arrested on several counts of assault and was looking at some pretty severe consequences. Even though I volunteered for, paid for, drove to Denver for and passed a polygraph supporting my narrative or description of events the Garfield County District Attorney's office proceeded to trial. I retained the Troxell Law Group (Heidi and Scott) to represent me in this week long jury trial. Scott so overwhelmed the Prosecution with his rational, logical and professional delivery when the Jury went to deliberate they returned a unanimous "NOT Guilty" verdict in 10 minutes. I was subsequently told by jurors that they were so pleased that an innocent man was set free. They were surprised and delighted when I told them that i passed the polygraph, because it was not admitted at trial, supporting there conclusions. I would Highly recommend this legal team if you ever find yourself in any type of litigation. Highly skilled, professional, seasoned Pros!

Scott was a recommendation from another lawyer that said he was "the best criminal defense lawyer she had ever worked with," and when we met I was in absolute agreement. He was professional and efficient, most importantly he was working with my son and related and made him feel at ease with such a scary process. Scott is amazing.
