Even though they are only open till 4pm, they will stay late for you if you call them and let them know that you'll be coming. We had to get a few things notarized and the lady was very nice. A very pleasant experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a property that unbeknownst to us had a Lien on it. Trinidad Title and Abstract did the title search and did not discover it until we found out and tried to exercise our right to remuneration. They told us that we were in the wrong and would not cover it. We thought title Insurance was for that purpose. Apparently title insurance is to protect them, even though we are paying for it. We had an attorney examine the documents and he told us they clearly were in the wrong and should pay the lien. Their response was basically get a lawyer and take us to court. It would have cost us more to litigate than the lien was worth, so either way they had the upper hand.

All in all I would never use their services again. They don't stand behind their product/service.
