Dr. Jarom Lamoreaux is absolutely the BEST dentist in all of Colorado. i’ve been seeing Dr. Lamoreaux since i was a little girl up until about 2022, and the only reason i haven’t been back is because i moved to California with my husband. Nobody compares to Dr. Lamoreaux and his incredibly kind team. His office manager is fantastic, and every staff member is kind. i’ve always had an incredible experience here!!!

The staff at this office treated my autistic sister horrifically. She had several cavities filled a few weeks ago at this office. One of the fillings on her front tooth fell out yesterday. She went to the office in pain and looking for help. She was told that she would have to pay additional money to fix the faulty filling and that they didn't have time to do it today, despite the fact that she had an appointment to do exactly that. Then they claimed that they had never filled that cavity before, which is patently false. My sister is aware of her own front teeth. They refused to acknowledge the possibility that they may have made a mistake, and when my sister challenged them on this, they threatened her and asked her to leave. Absolutely appalling and disgusting behavior. No one should ever be treated this way.

I had a bad experience with Tri Lakes Dental. I went in and was told I had 11 cavities. I had the 11 cavities filled. One of the fillings fell out about two weeks later. I called and they said they could fix it and it would be free. I went in. They said they didn't have time to fix it. They also said it wouldn't be free. I went to talk to the office manager, I think her name is Wendy, and she tried to tell me that they had never filled that tooth before and tried to reference a chart to show me evidence. I said, yes you did fill this tooth. She said if you're going to argue with me you can leave my office. She threatened to call the police. It was just a ridiculous experience.

The office staff is pleasant, however the dentist recommended 3 crowns at my first visit. I did 2 and am regretting ever going to this dental office. I found their communication on the procedure lacking. I had no problems when I went to the dentist and now I have sensitivity in the crowns and my bite does not feel right. When I voiced concerns they were not acknowledged and we will not be returning to this dental office.

We have been going to Tri Lakes Dental for 4 years. Even though we live across town, we LOVE the staff here and wouldn't go any where else. Dr. Lamoreaux and his incredible staff make us feel like family. My daughters both had horrible experiences with dentistry in the past and now they beg me to go to the dentist. Thank you for your dentist family and the fabulous customer service. We appreciate your conservative treatments and your expertise. I trust you so much with my teeth and my girls teeth.

Our family has been going to Tri Lakes Dental for many years now, after two friends recommended them. What I think sets this office apart from others is Dr. Lamoreaux's skill with numbing an area in preparation for dental work. As an example, I needed a crown for a tooth that was giving me trouble, and the preparation of the tooth was completely pain-free. I was amazed at how easy it was. The office has a positive atmosphere, staff gets along great among themselves, and they are welcoming. A great experience every time.

We have been going to Tri-Lakes Dental for many years. The staff is amazing, super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. When we have dental emergencies, they have always gotten us in quickly. They are wonderful for families (Adults and children). I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I love my new dentist. The buzz was fun, all the employees are having a blast. Moreover, my treatment was smooth and relaxing. My last dentist told me that I needed over $800 of repairs on my mouth. I was overjoyed to learn that he essentially was not being truthful and none of that work was necessary. Glad to have finally found an honest dentist.
