I’ve Been going With Torrentera Tax Services for over 5 years. Very first time I went, everything was good, service and all. But as time has gone by they seem to care less and less. It has never taken me over 2 months to receive my taxes in direct deposit. Long story short. I’ve called 3 times. Every excuse is short every time. The reason i will not be going back is because on the last call i made, I asked a very simple question to the lady in the front desk. I asked her “When did u send my taxes out? Its been over 2 months” And she could not respond to me . Had no answer. How do you not know these basic questions that Are in your computer. ? Overall thank you for your services through the years . But I do not feel like I am being helped at your fullest potential.

I went to Torrenta Tax Services hoping to get good service like they claim on their website. Lo and behold these people have terrible service! They claim to work with you not for you. Wrong, they over charge for basic services (translations) and they have terrible customer service. When I pointed out their errors they became very agitated and angry. I received my document crumpled up after several attempts to fix their mistakes. I will never use their service in my life nor will any of my relatives and friends. If you want horrible service and like to over pay then this place is great for you, otherwise look elsewhere.
