I've been filing my taxes for over 10 years, and the past two years s when I had to pay back taxes. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong and that is when I reached out to Susana. Within the first minute of her looking over our paperwork, she was able to identify the discrepancies, and give us solid advice on how to correct it in the future. First time going to this place and I have to say me and my husband will definitely be returning again!
Susana was very polite, very welcoming and very professional.
She explained things very clearly. Sometimes, when numbers get thrown at you, you get very confused and end up somewhat understanding things, but not here at ToroTaxes with Susana. She actually explains and shows you how all these numbers work!
I highly recommend this place for anybody looking to do their yearly tax forms.

I came to this location to file my taxes. I have not filed in a few years. Susana, was polite and friendly throughout the service. However she filed my taxes on the wrong program. Resulting in me having to visit the office multiple times, once to bring the paperwork back to her to file on correct program and update my return. I received less than 1/3 of my refund, I reached out made her aware. I had to go back to her office multiple times after that to take her the paperwork for her to dispute the incorrect program she loaded my taxes on. She does not try communicate with me about any updates or the process this may take. I paid out of pocket for a service she did not do correctly. Then when she was about to dispute the error she made, she tried to charge me for that as well. This has been the worst experience I’ve endured from filing taxes. Absolute worst service and experience!!!!

Susana is amazing. Had my insurance in less than a half an hour with her help...my insurance had been cancelled due to debit card replacement and she helped me get back on a policy, to be pulled from my bank account and not debit, so I don't run into these issues again. Thanks so much Susie! You are awesome and my go to insurance company
