After spending $500 and taking an hour of my life, Mr. Vincent Tong's official legal advice was to conspire with my employer to defraud California's unemployment benefits system! This absolutely violated his ethical obligations as a lawyer!

He has a clear bias towards employers, and his bedside manner was awful. Throughout the consultation, he acted as though he were in a court of law as the defendant's attorney! Steer clear of this unethical and gauche excuse for an attorney.
