Working with Tom was a great experience. A few years ago, I was in a severe hit and run accident that totaled my truck. The accident left me physically hurt, traumatized and afraid to drive for several months. Initially, I was speaking to another law firm and just didn't feel comfortable with them. I told a friend, and she recommended Tom. Upon our first meeting, I knew I had made the right decision to have him represent me in my case. He took the time to get to know me and my background. He kept it simple, outlined my case, and gave a realistic timeline of the events that would soon follow. Throughout, he kept in touch with me: I knew the important dates, what a court document meant, and our method to winning the case. My husband and I were in a wreck that totaled my car, broke my hand, and caused other injuries to both of us. Though not our fault, we initially had a hard time finding an attorney who would take our case because it wasn't going to be a huge settlement kind of thing. Our original attorney (at a highly rated firm in Austin) moved maddeningly slow and we could tell we were not a priority to her. After 8-9 months, we started looking for someone new...and found Tom. From the start, he was kind, informative and spent considerable time educating us on the process. Over the next year until the case finally settled, Tom was always prompt with communication, provided great support and guidance prior to and during depositions, etc. I felt he always had our best interests in mind and negotiated a very fair settlement for us. I can't recommend his services enough. Hopefully we will never require his expertise again, but I would call him in a heartbeat, if needed!

I can’t say enough good things about Tom. He was the recommendation of a friend of mine that is an attorney. Tom actually cares. We could not be more impressed! You probably won’t see him in a commercial during “Jerry Springer,” but he will return your call, explain things, and make you feel like his only client.
