He reached out quite quick on the weekend and gave me the run down on how to be ready if something comes of it. I cannot speak to his legal prowess because the claim against me was false but I appreciate that he was there to prep me if escalation was going to happen.

UPDATE: It’s a HUGE RED that Elizabeth Ferszt is posting a review of her own workplace, for which I’m sure she’s new. Never heard of her. Huge turnover at that office. Plus, she’s reviewing many other businesses with one star in her other “reviews,” with several being Motel 6. Weird. There is not much credibility there. I would say Toby White is the Motel 6 of attorneys. In fact, your money would be better spent at Motel 6. I digress, but felt the need to point out this huge red flag, being that Toby White takes money from woman who experienced horrible domestic violence, he says he will
help and does nothing. You have got to have no soul to be that kind of predatory attorney. I don’t mince my words or truth about Toby White and his associates. I would say this to his face, but he won’t answer my email because he knows what he did is obscene to a victim of domestic violence, who was extremely harmed by domestic violence, and further harmed by his deceptive legal abuse.

If I could give zero starts, I would. Toby White and his associates are fraudulent people. They took advantage of me as a victim of domestic violence, saying they would represent me, making a thousands of pages binder of “evidence,” for which they charged me thousands of dollars and never represented me in court. I had court date, and they kept delaying it. They did not represent my best interests, instead the perpetrator of domestic violence had two attorneys: me and his. Toby also had a falling out with a partner attorney, while I was his “client.” He was all over the place, sent me to get a psychological evaluation to show my stability and counselor’s input on the domestic violence, and he never used it, but I paid for it. Not only is Toby White for perpetrators, he does it because it’s easier to represent perpetrators. So if you are a perpetrator of domestic violence, I would recommend Toby White, as he is not only an unethical lawyer, he is a bad person. And so are his associates who stay, although most of leave his practice, in whatever capacity they are in with his office.
