My attorney Scott Dellaventura was both successful and patient. We filed suit in Superior Court, won a summary judgement, and ultimately got paid. As a debt collector, it's a shitty situation. But they did work with me, and when I'm running behind on payment arrangement Bernadette has been kind and just encourages me to get the check in mail ASAP.

This place is the WORST OF THE WORST as far as debt collectors go. They are rude and uncaring, and ruthless in their attempts to collect the debts from the consumer. They have done actions against me that are morally questionable if not outright illegal. When you call them to try and resolve an issue they speak with a condescending tone and try to push the issue off on others saying you need to call the creditor/your work/the Marshall/etc... I wasted 10mins on the phone to get NOWHERE. Debt collection lawyers/firms are notoriously scummy and no good, but this firm is most certainly bottom of the rotten, morbid heap.

If you went to law school and had to resort to practicing collection law and become unprofessional while doing it I can not think of a more low life way of making a living. I would be embarrassed. LOL

the worst ever, even if you said not to recognize the account from 2001 they don't care still take you to court no matter what cause they said they buy the accounts and need to be paid and top they make paid for court fees when they are the ones anxious to take your money.
