My experience with Timur Kishinevsky law firm was outstanding from the moment I called them for consultation. I was feeling pretty much defeated since my previous attorney didn’t really care to listen and understand my story and only wanted me to take a plea deal on my case and I did not agree with that, so I parted ways with that law firm and went to Timur Kishinevsky. Came to them after having a car accident. They were able to find the insurance company of the person who hit me and got the settlement check to me relatively quickly. Terrific customer service and they do good work. Would recommend.

I am very great-full for the help I received from Timur with my car accident case. He won my case and it exceeded my expectations. Everybody in the office always update you on the case and respond fast if you have any questions.
They explain everything in detail and make a process a pleasant experience.
I know Timur since he was a young boy, and it’s Awesome to see him growing up into a smart man of integrity with passion and eagerness to help people to solve their legal cases. I would recommend him to anyone who had a car accident and want someone they trust to represent them.

Wow ! Very confusing process , and very long wait 3yrs 8 months
Just glad it’s Over
Not worth waiting the extra year for the last offer from ins comp .
No break down of money that was deducted from final checks
When questioning the assistant attorney for Tim we where told
He not exactly sure of the exact amount and what for
Said he normally doesn’t give the final check that Tim is the one that does it.
So walking out the door I said to my friend that was Bull—-it
The assistant attorney overhears this and comes out of the office to confront me chest to chest face to face like he wanted to fight
We avoided the conflict and left

Took 3 years to even get a settlement. At the time of our first meeting he promised he would do his best for my daughter and I even talked about us possibly going to court but he would fight for us. What a crock! After 3 years of me having to message to see where things were at and always getting the response " we just sent a letter to the company, we will be in contact" the settlement was a joke but hey he got his pay and had to point that out. I could have sent letters out for what he got. After closing even made the remark " you couldn't have afforded me if it went into court" even though money was never mentioned if that happened at the first meeting. My insurance did a better case to get their money back. They took the company to court and won in the 1st year. Don't know why he couldn't have done the same.
