I bought a used car that started to have engine issues almost immediately to come to find out that the car had been in a front end accident that was not disclosed by the dealer nor the CarFax.
Comes out that legally speaking accidents that are over certain amount (if I remember correctly over $2.500) of repair value must be disclosed/reported. Therefore I had a case, just purely having engine issues on older used car would not have qualified me alone but because the undisclosed accident Timothy Abeel & Associates were able to take my case. Our motorhome was recalled by the chassis manufacturer due to a rear axle issue. During the recall work, the service center damaged parts which disabled our antilock braking system, traction control, hill start, and cruise control. For five months, the service center was unable to obtain the parts from the manufacturer and could not get an estimate of when they would be available.

We reached out to Timothy Abeel and he became our advocate. One week after he notified the manufacturer that he was representing us, the parts became available. One month later, he successfully negotiated a lemon buyback. Since new motorhomes are in short supply and their prices had greatly increased, we opted for the “cash and keep” option so that we could continue to go RVing. From start to finish, the entire process took less than three months. We are very happy with the results!
