Timeshare Compliance has held to their obligations to get me release from my time share. The cost was well worth it to me in helping me to get out of this trap that I was manipulated into signing up for. They are my team that helped me, and it is important that they are there to help me with any other issue. In addition, there are no negative remarks on my credit record, which is very important in today society.

We appreciate how Timeshare Compliance worked closely with us from the beginning to the end. They thoroughly explained the process to us in an easy to understand manner. We received answers to our emails and questions in a timely manner. Giselle was wonderful in giving us updates on the status of the process. Although it took longer than we anticipated, we are happy that we are out of our timeshare which was a nightmare. Thanks to everyone involved for making it happen!

They sell you a great song. I would not use them or recommend them again. They have had our account for 4 years, and they did not communicate as they mentioned. We were assigned an attorney, which they did not communicate with us. So i reached out to the property owner and received a settlement, which was less than the amount that we gave to Timeshare compliance, and was able to settle issue myself. When i reached out to TC they gave me the run around, especially when asking for refund. So do not use them, save your money, as you need to give upfront payment.

TS Compliance over promised and under delivered. The process was pitched to be around a year, at the most, and 4 years later we were released from Wyndham. That said, they did complete the mission through MX legal company, hence the 2nd star. Communication throughout was poor. I had to pull information instead of regularly recieve updates.

Pretty sure this company is fake. They say they will reach out quarterly but nobody ever has. You have to call them and good luck with that. Been almost 3 years and no results or contact. I've spoken with another attorney about filing a complaint with the BAR association regarding Carlsbad Law Group as well as a claim against TimeShare Compliance. Don't give them a dime.

Been 3 1/2 years and I hear nothing. And I'm paid in full. My credit is shot and I had 800 credit before I started this. They said it may take awhile. This long and I never even hear anything. Be careful and do your home work.

The good part about Timeshare Compliance is the way they communicate, and I also liked their customer service. I have grand appreciation for companies that actually answer their phones or call back with 24hours. The entire process took about a year. The reason I could not give TSC a 5 star is because of the process/communication/affiliation with between TSC, their Legal Firm, and myself. That part was a bit convoluted, however, I think that could be an easy streamlined for a more transparent customer experience. Overall, I am very happy with TSC Resolution of my Timeshare Cancellation.
