Be aware of this law firm and if you are the victims of this law firm (This can apply to their clients or opposing party) do not hesitate to report them to the judicial council and ABA. Their misconducts need to be exposed on social media and the unethical small-town lawyer should be stopped from practicing law, so fewer children and parents will be the victims.
My own son has been the victim of this firm due to Attorney Jeffery’s unethical conducts including:
1. Withholding crucial evidence.
2. Negatively influencing the custody evaluator resulting in the irresponsible parent gaining more custody with the motive of skipping paying child support.
3. Coconspirator with the expert witness to make false allegations and false statements.
4. Misleading the Judge with falsified documents.
5. Filing unnecessary petitions without any grounds to charge clients more fees.
6. Not exchanging evidence during the Discovery process, showing the evidence in a hurried way at the trial as a under-handed attempt to get his way with the judge.
7. Insulting and coercing the involved party due to the party’s language barrier, national background, and lack of knowledge of legal proceedings.

Jeffery Valladolid needs to be disbarred or at least censured for the negative impact that his actions have caused a young boy. Custody hearings should be centered on what is in the best interest of the child. When the truth is distorted by sneaky lawyers helping delinquent, immoral, and uncaring clients and using a child as the pawn in a legal scam with the motive of enriching themselves, then there is no justice. Please take action to stop this travesty.

I originally used yelp to find Thompson & Thompson the comment below from 2014 alarmed me, but after doing my research, and talking to friends who had used them I had to give them a chance. Mr. Thompson's knowledge and reassurance set the tone for my whole journey and I could not be more satisfied. He handed me off to Jeffery Valladolid who I sat down with a few days after hiring him. He is singularly professional, knowledgeable, honest, upfront, ethical and respectful. Mr. Valladolid took the time to explain every step of the way in complete detail. I had a confirmed initial consultation appointment that was confirmed, in fact, the clerical department called to confirm. Yet, when I arrived, I found that there were two others that were also scheduled for "my" time slot. I waited an hour. This lack of attention and abusive misuse of my time is an indication that this attorney DOES NOT respect his clients. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
