I called to obtain information and understanding on Music Copyright Laws. Our church would like to record a CD of our Youth Group Choir and I was appointed to obtain information in regards to this charge. The receptionist transferred me quickly to a man named Brian. I normally refrain from giving unsatisfactory evaluations, howbeit he was singularly curt and insulting. He went as far as to laugh at one of my questions, and his tone of voice was repugnant. To treat someone as insignificant and simpleminded is immensely unprofessional. Of course, it goes without saying, people seek out attorneys when in need of guidance concerning the laws that govern us. To conduct yourself in such a manner as Brian did, in this occupation, is egregious. With that said, I forgive him as my Father has forgiven me and will pray for him. Brian if you see this... 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 KJV.
