I agree with Janelle and other low ratings
I used him several years ago and never rated him then, but I know I would never hire him again. And for the record I would want in writing what an attorney can do for you rather than expecting to trust his word. A complete waste of my money..

Mr. Sobecki and his staff are good people and very professional. For my fiancé and I, Mr. Sobecki was a solid rock in a time of uncertainty. He explained what we were up against, our options, and possibilities these various options could produce. With our particular issue he suggested a selfless option that could only benefit us when he could have easily benefited himself and that demonstrated a great deal of integrity to us. He was very honest, straight forward, and to the point with a comforting confidence that only comes from years of experience. We will always consider Thomas Sobecki our attorney for any employment related legal issues. The consulting fee was fair and well worth the piece of mind it provided. Mr. Sobecki is extremely professional and attentive. When I presented my legal situation he provided me with multiple options. Once deciding on a course of action, he was thorough and responsive. Mr. Sobecki, is very honest and straight foward which is a good thing when it comes down to handling lawsuits. He has stayed ontop of my case really well. I would highly recommend him to anyone! When I reflect on my three year association with Attorney Thomas Sobecki, the words that come to my mind are honesty, integrity, professionalism, and promptness. He is honest, never sugar coating, bending the truth, or promising anything that he couldn’t deliver. Attorney Sobecki holds himself to a high ethical standard and his integrity is important to him. It showed as he treated all parties involved in my case with respect, even the opposition. I know he listened to me, empathized, and helped me stand up for myself. The legal system is slow, but Attorney Sobecki is not. He responds to phone calls and emails usually within 24 hours, many times sooner. I read what he wrote others concerning my case. Email communications to others were copied or forwarded to me. I did not question what my attorney was doing with my case. The communication between us was fast, clear, and thorough. I cannot emphasize that enough! If Attorney Sobecki was unavailable, his Legal Assistant, Dave Noonan, documented messages and facilitated prompt responses. I think the prompt communication and attention to detail was unique and exceeded my expectations. I found that reassuring. I recommend Attorney Sobecki to others who have employment issues and who desire to work with a highly principled attorney that they can trust.

Tom was absolutely amazing! He was open and honest about all of my options and what he would recommend, but was never pushy and listened to my concerns. I was made to feel like family, and because of him we came out on top! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I recommend him to EVERYONE!
