0 stars. They will break your wheel lock key and refuse to help remedy the situation and say they didn't do anything wrong. They don't stand behind their work (or lack thereof). Even though manuals state never to use an impact gun on wheel locks they did and said they always do wighout any problems. They even think a tire with 15psi is okay and "holding air" and can't be bothered to air it up to help get you on your way to another tire shop to fix their mistake. They will wash their hands of their mistake and leave you hanging without offering any help. A simple tire repair turned into missing a half day of work, a $60 plug kit, and fuel/mileage to drive 1.5hrs away for a dealership to fix Third Street's mistake costing an additional $164.30 and that is with discounted labor. I have been a loyal customer since my first vehicle in 2001 and will never return. I only support businesses that stand behind their work and Third Street does not.

I bought 5 trailer tires and had them mounted there Kyle and Brandon finished them in about an hour and the price was better than online I will definitely be using them again

Kyle and the crew are always excellent. They go above and beyond to deliver quality, reliable, and professional work! They also are family-friendly; in case you are stuck home with the kids, they will come pick up your car, work on it, and return it fixed! Fantastic!

I have used 3rd Street Auto over the last 9 years on a regular basis. 3rd Street has worked on all my vehicles from Ford, to Buick, to Dodge/Chrysler, and even my wife's VW. I have never had any problems with the work they have done. All of our cars have well over a hundred thousand miles on them. I attribute the longevity of our cars to the great care they are given by the staff of 3rd Street Auto. One of their many great services is their pick-up and delivery in the local community. 3rd Street offers competitive rates and a large selection of goods and services with a well trained staff.

I took my car to them because it was having issues, I asked them to give me a full diagnostic and tell me any problems, they charged me $80 for the diagnosic and told me all it needed was a tuneup and I ended up paying $500 for a tune up and diagnostic. Only a couple weeks later it started dying for no reason and when I called them to ask them to find out why, they said I'd need to pay another $80 for a new diagnostic, on top of the $500 I already paid a couple of weeks prior when they gave me a clean bill of health. I complained and they were extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. Slick Spot said they'd look at it for free. I will never use 3rd Street Auto again. I'll probably save myself a lot of time and money in not doing so.
