Scaringelli is the absolute worst communicator. Has not returned 2 phone calls or emails pertaining to a probate case (each attempt at communication have been spread out for 3 weeks, not all at once). Our experience has been waiting and more waiting with no communication.

When families enter into a probate situation, they don't know what to do or expect. Papers come and court hearings are set. After being patient and reading through court minutes, reading through Probate Ethics, being respectful of the process, and speaking to other attorneys, it's clear that this firm doesn't follow the guidelines they provide to families who don't know what to expect. Dates were provided and it's been month after month of additional waiting and still no answers or final resolution. The person who passed away, passed away in Jan. 2023. Just poor communication from the attorney and poor response time.
